Include information <br /> about when and how to shut off utilities. <br /> The conditions that could necessitate a shutdown <br /> Who can order a shutdown? <br /> Who will carry out shutdown procedures? <br /> How a partial shutdown would affect other facility operations? <br /> The length of time required for shutdown and restarting! <br /> SITE MAP DOCUMENTATION <br /> Attach all appropriate information pertaining to building and site maps that <br /> indicate: <br /> Utility shutoffs <br /> Storm drains <br /> Sewer lines <br /> Alarm and enunciators <br /> Fire extinguishers <br /> Fire suppression systems <br /> Exits <br /> Stairways <br /> Designated escape routes <br /> Restricted areas <br /> Hazardous materials (including cleaning supplies and chemicals) <br />
