I local regulations under the jurisdiction of the applicable Certified Unified Program Agencies <br /> 2 (hereafter, "CUPAs"). <br /> 3 (b) The provisions of Chapter 6.7 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety <br /> 4 Code, and its implementing regulations, related to the installation, operation, modification, repair <br /> 5 or closure of underground storage tank systems and local regulations under the jurisdiction of the <br /> 6 applicable CUPAs. <br /> 7 (c) The provisions of Chapter 6.95 of Division 20 of the California Health and Safety <br /> 8 Code, and its implementing regulations, related to hazardous materials and local regulations <br /> 9 under the jurisdiction of the applicable CUPAs. <br /> 10 (d) All related regulations and county ordinances and all county and State of <br /> 11 California permits and orders based on those statutes and regulations set forth in Paragraphs 6(a), <br /> 12 (b), and (c). <br /> 13 7. Specific Yn'unctive Relief at Current Facilities <br /> 14 (a) Defendants, as of the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action, <br /> 15 collectively and individually, are enjoined and mandated to implement and to maintain the <br /> 16 "Chevron UST Compliance Assurance Initiatives" program. This Chevron UST Compliance <br /> 17 Assurance Initiatives program is an environmental management program covering environmental <br /> 18 compliance requirements at each of Defendants' Current Facilities and at any New Facility. The <br /> 19 Chevron UST Compliance Assurance Initiatives shall consist of the program components and <br /> 20 shall meet the program objectives that are more fully described in Exhibit E attached hereto and <br /> 21 incorporated by reference. <br /> 22 (b) Within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this <br /> 23 action,Defendants shall deliver to each owner and/or operator and to each Designated Operator <br /> 24 of each Current Facility a one-time communication that provides notice of this Final Judgment <br /> 25 and a summary of the compliance provisions contained in this Final Judgment. Within seventy- <br /> 26 five (75) days of the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action,Defendants shall <br /> 27 submit a certification to Plaintiff that notice of the Final Judgment and a summary of the <br /> 28 compliance provisions contained in this Final Judgment have been provided to each owner or <br /> 5 <br /> Stipulation for Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction <br />
