I provide annual reports demonstrating the expenditure of the funds and describing the specific <br /> 2 activities completed. These reports shall be submitted to Plaintiff pursuant to Paragraph 16 <br /> 3 herein. <br /> 4 (f) FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,040.00),by check, made <br /> 5 payable to the Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Trust bund ("EPPF Trust") <br /> 6 to be used for purposes consistent with the mission of the EPPF Trust. This check shall be <br /> 7 delivered to the Office of the Attorney General within 30 days of the Effective Date of the Final <br /> 8 Judgment entered in this action. <br /> 9 (g) FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($500,000.00), by check, made <br /> 10 payable to the California Hazardous Material Investigators Association (CHMIA)to fund <br /> 11 scholarships for attendance and participation at training sessions presented at the California <br /> 12 Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal-AECTP)provided through CHMIA. <br /> 13 Each of these scholarships shall cover session registration, travel, food, lodging and incidentals. <br /> 14 This check shall be delivered to the Office of the Attorney General within 30 days of the <br /> 15 Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action. <br /> 16 (h) ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00) shall be expended by Defendants <br /> 17 over the five years following the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action, on <br /> 18 the implementation of Defendants' Fiberlite Lid Replacement Project, which is described in <br /> 19 Exhibit E. This Supplemental Environmental Project is designed to advance the environmental <br /> 20 goals underlying the California Health and Safety Code and to improve the overall environmental <br /> 21 health of the citizens of the State of California,through the replacement of manway covers at <br /> 22 UST sites owned or operated by Defendants in California to facilitate access to and monitoring of <br /> 23 leaks from underground storage systems at their UST station sites. Defendants shall, until the <br /> 24 exhaustion of the funds, provide annual reports demonstrating the expenditure of the funds and <br /> 25 describing the specific activities completed. These reports shall be submitted to Plaintiff pursuant <br /> 26 to Paragraph 16 herein. <br /> 27 (i) TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000.00) shall be expended by Defendants <br /> 28 collectively over the five years following the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this <br /> I3 <br /> Stipulation for Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction <br />
