-Outside beneath the DE tank, there were areas of obvious leakage with liquid showing a pH <br />between 13-14 on the ground. This facility was not maintained nor operated to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non -sudden release of hazardous <br />waste or hazardous waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human <br />health or the environment. This is a violation of CCR, Title 22, Section 66265.31. <br />-Shop in the truck shop area, there were areas of obvious spillage within the building.
