In order for your <br />business to be considered in compliance with the law, the <br />corrective actions noted on the next page need to be completed <br />by the due date shown. <br />If you submitted your HMMP and inventory electronically, please <br />resubmit all three template files, HMMP97.FP3, CHEM97.FP3, and <br />STAFF97.FP3, with needed corrections by disk or via the <br />Internet (sjcoes@co.san-joaquin.ca.us). Resubmit all files <br />even if some did not need corrections. <br />If you have questions on the corrective action(s) listed, <br />please contact our office at (209) 468-3969.
