Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, sections 8004.2.2, failure to <br />dispense and use hazardous materials in open containers or systems in accordance with the <br />California Fire Code. Additionally, pursuant to section 8001.4.2, containers, cylinders and tanks <br />shall be designed and constructed in accordance with nationally recognized standards. <br />P. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8003.1.3.3, failure to <br />provide adequate secondary containment for hazardous materials liquids and solids; <br />q. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.11.9, failure to <br />provide shelving of substantial construction, adequately braced and anchored; <br />r. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8004.1.4, failure to <br />provide spill control and secondary containment for hazardous materials liquids; <br />S.
