Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, sections 8004.2.2, failure to <br />dispense and use hazardous materials in open containers or systems in accordance with the <br />California Fire Code. Additionally, pursuant to section 8001.4.2, containers, cylinders and tanks <br />shall be designed and constructed in accordance with nationally recognized standards. <br />P.
