Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8003.1.3, failure to <br />provide spill control and secondary containment for hazardous materials liquids and solids; <br />U. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8003.1.12, failure to <br />keep clear, the area surrounding an outdoor storage area or tank of combustible materials and <br />vegetation for a minimum distance of 30 feet; <br />V. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.8, failure to post <br />additional hazard identification and warning signs for stationary containers and tanks as specified in <br />UFC Standard 79-3 and signs prohibiting smoking; <br />W. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.5, failure to <br />maintain and implement provisions for controlling and mitigating unauthorized release of hazardous <br />materials. Accurate records shall be kept of the unauthorized discharge of hazardous materials; <br />X. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.4.7.1, failure to <br />maintain equipment, machinery and required detection and alarm systems associated with hazardous <br />material in an operable condition; <br />Y_ Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.9, failure to <br />prohibit smoking within 25 feet of outdoor storage or dispensing areas, and rooms or areas where <br />hazardous materials are stored or dispensed or used in open systems in amounts requiring a permit; <br />Z. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.4.7.3, failure to <br />remove from service, repair or dispose of in an approved manner defective containers and tanks; <br />aa. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8001.4.6, failure to <br />maintain free from residual material and vapor, empty containers and tanks previously used for the <br />storage of hazardous materials; <br />bb. Violation of California Fire Code, Article 80, section 8003.3.2.3, failure to <br />store portable tanks and cylinders stored outside of buildings, under a canopy of noncombustible <br />construction; an automatic fire -sprinkler system shall be provided for canopies used for storage of <br />highly toxic or toxic compressed gases; <br />CC.
