Complaint: <br />e. Violation of Health and Safety Code section 25505(e)(2), failed to annually <br />submit a form, provided by the San Joaquin County of Emergency Services, that <br />certifies that the handler has included, and maintains as current, in the business <br />plan, all other information required by Health and Safety section 25504. <br />Sierra Chemical Response and Action: <br />A Business Plan (H1NEMP) has been in force continually since the facility was <br />established. It has been updated annually and certified as required. <br />The 2002 FDAMP Certification Statement was submitted 12/18/2001 <br />The 2003 JIM OP Certification Statement was recorded 1/13/2003 <br />The 2004 HN NIP Certification Statement was recorded 1/23/2004 <br />The 2005 HNEMP Certification Statement was recorded 1/17/2005 <br />The 2005 BACAP was revised 10/10/2005 <br />The 2006 HMMP Certification was recorded 1/17/2006 <br />Each year all required changes to the inventory or staffing have been made. <br />
