Complaint (There Appears to be Two Separate Issues Under This Item): <br />13.r. Violation of CFC, Article 80, section 8003.1.3.3, failure to provide adequate secondary <br />container for hazardous materials liquids and solids <br />Fire Safety Inspection, July 28, 2005: <br />North End Warehouse Item No. 9 — Fill line due to the amount and location of barrels is <br />now required to have secondary containment. Secondary containment is required for the <br />fill line area and around the above ground sodium tank in the fill area. CFC 8003.1.3.3 <br />Sierra Chemical Response and Action: <br />See Warehouse Plan — BUILDING IS COMPLETED CURBED <br />Cost: J. Geditz Construction $14,174.00; CFR Services $2,884.37; Siegfried Engineering <br />$900.00 <br />Fire Safety Inspection, July 18, 2002: <br />Sampling Station 2: Repair the "OFF GAS" system that is leaking sodium hypochlorite <br />solution into the secondary containment tank. The secondary containment tank is <br />approximately 90% full. Remove all material from the secondary containment tank. CFC <br />8003.1.3.3 <br />Sierra Chemical Response and Action: <br />Tank fitting was repaired — BUILDING IS COMPLETED CURBED <br />Cost: NA <br />Complaint (There Appears to be Two Separate Issues Under This Item): <br />13.s.
