Contacting Emeraenev Services: <br />We have posted the following emergency telephone numbers near all telephones within the facility, <br />on the Accident Prevention Program board, and other emergency notice boards located throughout <br />the facility. <br />:Emergency Responder: --------__._----__-------,------------ <br />_ _ _ _ _ Telephone number: <br />iAll Medical 1 t ire 1 Personnel Emergencies Y 911 <br />jStocktan PoliceDepartment1 l=ire Dispatch 209-937-8651 or 209-937-8809 <br />Emergency Reporting/IEvacuation„and Weather Monitoring Procedures: <br />In the Event of an Emergency Requiring Evacuation: <br />When employees detect an emergency that requires an immediate evacuation of the facility, such as <br />a fire or natural gas release, they should: <br />1, Notify the Emergency Coordinator(s) or designee to launch an evacuation of the facility, <br />2. If the Emergency Action Program (EAP) Administrator and/or designee are not available, <br />initiate a 911 emergency call to inform the l=ire Department of this event. Ensure that you <br />take down the badge number of person you speak with. <br />3. Once you have 911 Emergency Services on the line, in a calm voice provide them with the <br />following information.- <br />a, <br />nformation:a. Your name. <br />b- Name of Business and address: Noll / NorWesCo at 1780 Industrial Dr, Stockton, <br />CA 95206 <br />c. The type of emergency that you are calling about. <br />L A fire within the facility. <br />ii. Employee(s) that are or might be injured. <br />iii. Natural Gas release in the facility. <br />d. The type of action that has been taken if any so far, <br />e. Whether the facility is being evacuated (based on the nature of the emergency) - <br />f. Provide a valid call back number (cell phone if possible). If they request that you <br />remain on the line with them, only do so if you are in a safe place. <br />4. Once a 911 emergency phone call has been completed, if appropriate to the situation, <br />proceed with the evacuation of the facility as prescribed in this plan. <br />Note (1): Any manager on duty that is aware of the Incident may place the initial call to the <br />appropriate emergency agency. It shall be expected that the on duty manager will deal <br />directly with the responding Fire Department and/or Emergency Agency. <br />NOW (2): If the company phone system is inoperable, use a telt phone if possible, to contact <br />911. Remember to provide them with the address of the Noll / NorWesCo facility as your cell <br />phone may not be reporting the correct address that you are calling from. <br />Facility Evacuation Procedures: <br />Some emergencies require that evacuation or escape procedures be used, while some require <br />employees to stay indoors, or in a safe area. Nothing in these procedures precludes the Emergency <br />Action Plan (EAP) Administrator's authority in determining whether employees should remain inside <br />or evacuate. <br />During normal shift operations, depending on the nature and location of the emergency, either total or <br />partial evacuation will normally be determined by the Plant Manager (who is in the role of the <br />Emergency Action Program (EAP) Coordinator) or the Plant Manager. If there is any doubt regarding <br />whether total or partial evacuation is necessary, a total evacuation will be performed. <br />32 <br />
