Noll d NorWesGo Emergency Action Plan (EAP) <br />Section Five (5) <br />Emergency Action Plan Implementation in The Event of a Bomb Threat <br />Noll / NorWesCo must ensure that in the event a bomb threat is received either via mail, phone, or <br />some other method that all employees are safeguarded to the best of Nall / NorWesCo's ability in <br />such situations. <br />In the event that a bomb threat is received, the Plant Manager (or his/her designee) will be <br />immediately notified by the fastest means possible. Emergency Services notification and building <br />evacuation procedures will be handled in accordance with Section Two (2) of the Emergency Action <br />Plan (EAP) - <br />IF A BOMB THREAT IS RECEIVED BY TELEPHONE: <br />A. Immediately fill out the Bomb Threat Checklist on the next cage. <br />Obtain as many details as possible about the bomb and its location. Legitimate callers usually wish to <br />avoid injury or detection. Request more information by expressing a desire to save lives. Using the <br />form on the next page, try to get as much information as possible to find out the location and/or time <br />that the caller says the bomb is due to explode. <br />IF A BOMB THREAT IS RECEIVED BY LETTER or FAX: <br />b. immediately forward the letter or fax to the Plant Manager. <br />They will be responsible for notifying Law Enforcement Personnel. <br />Try to Remain Calml <br />The rest of this page was left intentionally blank <br />38 <br />
