Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />July 16, 2018 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 805 S LOCUST AVE, RIPON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> CALIFORNIA FREIGHT SALES <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The last submittal made was on 6/23/2017. Please make a submittal for 2018. The <br />hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br />beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 8/15/2018. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
