EP 2 <br />Jose Nunez 02/22/2018 02/13/2018 <br />Recommendation #13 <br />CUPA Inspection, Initial Site Visit, and Incident Investigation <br />A training program was not submitted to CERS as part of the emergency response and training plan. <br />Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include <br />safety procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but <br />not limited to, familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training <br />programs may take into consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's <br />training program, log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.ralepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />Resolution <br />The facility has developed an Emergency Action Plan which includes the training plan in section three <br />(3). Included in the 2/13/2018 HMBP submission was the Emergency Action Plan and Site Map. <br />EP 2 <br />Jose Nunez 02/22/2018 02/13/2018 <br />Recommendation #14 CUPA Inspection, Initial Site Visit, and Incident Investigation <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually. The last submittal of the business plan is 12/30/2013. The <br />hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be <br />submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Resolution The Hazardous Materials Business Plan has been updated and submitted on 2/13/2018. Resource <br />Compliance will assist the facility in submitting the HMBP annually before the due date. <br />
