Said payment shall be due an 11 payable to the following in accordance with Health and Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2: 12 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney$500.00 13 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services $500.00 14 Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, 15 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before October 1, 2006. 16 7. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00), for 17 partial cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. Said 18 payments shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES 19 and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, 20 on or before May 15, 2006. 21 8. Defendants shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00), 22 for partial cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. 23 Said payment shall be due and payable to and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District 24 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before May 15, 2006. 25 9.
