Violation of Chapter 6.95, of the Health and Safety Code described in paragraph 3 - 3e <br /> 4 above. <br /> 5 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00), as and <br /> 6 for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq.. Said payments shall be <br /> 7 made 1ayable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County <br /> 8 Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before October 1,2006. <br /> 9 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00), as and <br /> 10 for civil penalties,pursuant to Health & Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2. Said payment shall be due an <br /> 11 payable to the following in accordance with Health and Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2: <br /> 12 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney$500.00 <br /> 13 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services $500.00 <br /> 14 Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 15 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before October 1, 2006. <br /> 16 7. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00), for <br /> 17 partial cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. Said <br /> 18 payments shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES <br /> 19 and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, <br /> 20 on or before May 15, 2006. <br /> 21 8. Defendants shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00), <br /> 22 for partial cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. <br /> 23 Said payment shall be due and payable to and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 24 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before May 15, 2006. <br /> 25 9. This judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
