Management <br />considers injury and illness prevention just as a important as production. Therefore. it is <br />our policy to maintain safe and heahhful working conditions, and to follow operating <br />practices that will safeguard all employees, and in safe working conditions and efficient <br />operations. Safety responsibilities begin with you as an individual first, and then to <br />everyone on the Ron's Auto Service team. It is with your participation that injuries and <br />equipment damage will be avoided and everyone will benefit. <br />The effectiveness and efficiency of any operation increases when everyone knows <br />their role in the different operating areas. Safety is one of those areas. Duties and <br />responsibilities talk to the safety manager. <br />SAF TY MANAGER: <br />Ron's Auto Service has assigned the responsibility for the planning , directing, monitoring <br />and controlling the injury and illness program to Ron Dahnke, Owner & Safety Manager. <br />The safety manager is responsible for. <br />1. Issuing a statement of company policy at least annually. This statement should <br />be in the form of a letter in which the company's position on safety in outlined. <br />Safety progress and accident prevention goals should be expressed in the letter. <br />2. Giving proper and prompt attention to safety recommendations requiring top <br />management approval. <br />
