E.NCYSERVICE <br />Cooperate fully with them in all matters relating to safety. <br />4. Reviewing monthly the safety performance of each facility. <br />5. Reviewing managers'and supervisors' accident investigation reports to ensure <br />all causal factors have been identified, and that apporpiate corrective actions <br />are recommended and actions are recommended and implemented. <br />6. Reviewing Injury Report/Report Analysis provided by our Worker's <br />Compensation carrier, and provide accident data to managers, and to the safety <br />committee. <br />7. Following-up on the status of safety recommendations submitted by the safety <br />committee, and the workers' compensation safety representative. <br />S. Ensuring that jobs and tasks requiring personal protective equipment are <br />identified , and it is provided and available for use. <br />SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBTTITI RF' <br />1. Familiarize yourself with the injury- and illness prevention program and ensure <br />its effective implementation. <br />2. Be aware of all safety considerations when introducing a new process, <br />procedure, machine or material to the workplace. <br />3. Investigate all accidents resulting in employee injury and propery damage. <br />Ensure that appropiate action is taken to prevent recurrence. <br />4. Provide complete safety inspections using the inspection check list. Use <br />general safety rules and job specific safety rules to instruct employees prior to <br />job assignments. Follow-up periodically to ensure safe work practices are <br />followed. <br />5. Conduct regular safety inspections using the inspections check list. Take <br />corrective action to eliminate or control an unsafe condition or work practice <br />immediately if within your area of authority. <br />6. Present and discuss a safety topic with department employees at least monthly. <br />
