Issuing a statement of company policy at least annually . This statement should <br /> be in the form of a letter in which the company's position on safety in outlined. <br /> Safety progress and accident prevention goals should be expressed in the letter. <br /> 2. Giving proper and prompt attention to safety recommendations requiring top <br /> management approval <br />
