Provide complete safety inspections using the inspection check list. Use <br /> general safety rules and job specific safety rules to instruct employees prior to <br /> job assignments. Follow-up periodically to ensure safe work practices are <br /> followed. <br /> 5. Conduct regular safety inspections using the inspections check list. Take <br /> corrective action to eliminate or control an unsafe condition or work practice <br /> immediately if within your area of authority. <br /> 6. Present and discuss a safety topic with department employees at least monthly. <br />
