Open Door Polio
Farmington Fresh wants to provide employees with an opportunity to discuss
freely any job related problem or incident in which they believe they were treated
unfairly. The Company recognizes that an employee may occasionally believe that
he/she has a problem in relation to work and it is in the best interest of both the
employee and the Company that all such problems be resolved through open
discussion.
Each employee is encouraged to informally discuss any job related problem with
his/her supervisor. If possible, a satisfactory solution should be reached through
this informal discussion. If an employee is not satisfied with the resolution
reached through this approach, he/she may present the matter to higher levels of
management. This should happen in only the rarest of cases as the problem as its
best results when handled at the supervisory level.
0:10FFIMHandhk2.doc 7
Revised 07/13/98
