The business is no longer <br /> stores 3,000 pounds, and only store a maximum of 303 pounds of Ammonium Hydroxide.The updated information <br /> has not been submitted to CERS. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically <br /> updatethe information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br /> Records of employees trainings were not available onsite during the inspection. The business plan shall include <br /> provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be <br /> documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately <br /> provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Onsite to conduct a hazardous materials business plan (HMBP) inspection. There were five violations during the <br /> inspection. One violation was corrected onsite at the time of the inspection. For the remaining four violations, <br /> complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 11/25/2018 . <br /> Notes: <br /> Facility does not have storm/sewer drains onsite. Please address this by either writing "NA"for not applicable or <br /> a statement that says the element is not on site.
