TfR4§940 <br /> accumulation period begins once the site's barrel is 1.2 full. The hazardous materiall Ff�®Egfp G NVIC ECO N <br /> station may have a white or blue line around the middle of the drum. If present, use this as your guuJ <br /> to determine the t/2 full point. Once the barrel is 1/2 full, the site is responsible for contacting 7-Eleven <br /> Dispatch (Dispatch One) or by opening a work order using CHD Online through the 7-Connect website <br /> and reporting that the barrel is '/2 full. The barrel will be tracked and removed prior to the 180-day <br /> point. If the barrel becomes full prior to that time, contact them again and the barrel will be removed. <br /> When the drum is picked up, the truck driver will leave a yellow copy of the Hazardous Waste Manifest. <br /> This manifest serves as a receipt to prove the waste has been transferred to a responsible transporter. <br /> This manifest is to be filed under the last tab (Repairs and Maintenance Records) of the UST Binder. <br /> Within 90 days of the waste being picked up, the station will receive another copy of the same manifest <br /> that will have all of the signature blanks filled in. This copy is to be matched with the previous copy'and <br /> filed in the same location. <br /> 7. MONITORING EQUIPMENT OPERATION AND ALARM RESPONSE PROCEDURES <br /> Your station is equipped with a Veeder-Root TLS 350/35OR automatic tank gauge. This device assists <br /> your station with the overall management of the underground storage tanks and provides leak detection <br /> monitoring. This is possible through numerous sensors placed at various points of your underground <br /> storage tank system which are monitored 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Tampering with the TLS <br /> 350/35OR is strictly prohibited and personally punishable by law. <br /> Site personnel should be familiar with and refer to any/all alarm response procedures established by 7- <br /> Eleven. <br /> 1. The Veeder Root TLS 350/35OR is to be inspected for proper operation at least once <br /> every day. <br /> a. Ensure system is on <br /> b. Ensure system display does not indicate any alarm conditions <br /> c.
