Reporting Spills <br /> • Any minor spill or discharge(less than one gallon)of petroleum products that requires the use of the <br /> spill kit to contain and abate must be reported to Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor within 24- <br /> hours of event. <br /> • Any major spills of known petroleum products exceeding one gallon in quantity must be reported <br /> immediately to Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor. <br /> • Any quantity of unknown suspected hazardous material/waste substance shall be reported immediately <br /> to Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor. <br /> • In the event a spill of known or unknown substance that creates an unsafe environment,contact <br /> Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor immediately and clear personnel from area. <br /> • In the event that the Maintenance Manager or Safety Supervisor cannot be immediately contacted an <br /> alternative contact is the company's Vice President. <br /> 4.
