Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Attn: Stacy Rivera, Senior REHS <br /> Re: Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator/ <br /> Above Ground Petroleum Storage Act <br /> Inspection Report/Summary of Corrections <br /> Project No. 05127 <br /> Dear Stacy, <br /> Below is a summary of the corrections for the violations at Farmington Circle K. <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator <br /> Item <br /> 101 The owner has reactivated his hazardous waste ID number (See Appendix.) <br /> 102 The liquid and rags were placed in the 55 gallon drum used for absorbent and dry <br /> materials. This waste will be removed by a hazardous waste hauler. (Evidence of <br /> removal will be provided to EHD after waste has been removed. A licensed waste <br /> hauler has been contacted and will pick up the hazardous waste late this week or <br /> early next week.) <br /> 103 Mr. Kuldeep Singh has been appointed as the emergency coordinator. The name and <br /> phone number of the emergency coordinator, location of fire extinguishers, spill control <br /> equipment, the fire alarm location, and the number to the fire department will be posted <br /> by a phone. <br /> 109 There has been no removal of hazardous materials from the site. The site owner will <br /> immediately begin regularly having hazardous waste picked up by a qualified hazardous <br /> waste hauler and a copy of all manifests and receipts will be maintained on site. (A copy <br /> of the manifest and receipt of the removal will be submitted to EHD. A licensed waste <br /> hauler has been contacted and will pick up the hazardous waste late this week or <br /> early next week.) <br /> 1 <br />
