The site owner <br /> will immediately begin regularly having hazardous waste picked up by a qualified <br /> hazardous waste hauler and a copy of all manifests and receipts will be <br /> maintained on site. (A copy of the manifest and receipt of the removal will be <br /> submitted to EHD. A licensed waste hauler has been contacted and will pick up the <br /> hazardous waste late this week or early next week.) <br /> 117 A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous <br /> waste program has been made. Any changes to hazardous waste information will be <br /> submitted. (See Appendix for previous submittals.) <br /> 301 The used absorbent was removed and placed in the 55 gallon drum for absorbent and <br /> dry hazardous materials. The contents will be removed by a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler. From then on hazardous waste will be contained in a 15 gallon container with a <br /> lid and the appropriate hazardous waste labeling. (See Appendix for photos.) <br /> 403 The absorbent was placed in the 55 gallon drum for absorbent and dry <br /> hazardous materials. The contents will be removed by a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler. A licensed waste hauler has been contacted and will pick up the <br /> hazardous waste late this week or early next week.) <br /> 605 a) The liquid has been cleaned and disposed of into the 55 gallon drum for <br /> absorbent and dry materials. <br /> b) The liquid and absorbent around the diesel fill pipe has been cleaned and <br /> placed in the 55 gallon drum for absorbent materials. <br /> c) The absorbent on the ground in the tank area has been cleaned and placed <br /> in the 55 gallon drum for absorbent materials. <br /> d) The 55 gallon drum of waste absorbent has a label for hazardous waste. <br /> 2 <br />
