From then on hazardous waste will <br /> be contained in a 15 gallon container with a lid and the appropriate hazardous waste <br /> labeling. The 15 gallon container will be placed in a 30 gallon containment drum <br /> used for secondary containment. <br /> 613 Inspection and testing will be implemented per the amended SPCC Plan <br /> and kept on site. <br /> 614 Personnel will be trained on discharge prevention based on the amended <br /> SPCC Plan. <br /> 616 A discharge prevention briefing will be scheduled at the time the SPCC Plan has <br /> been amended and will be conducted annually. <br /> 617 The camera will be adjusted to give a full visual of the tank area. <br /> 713 The owner has contact Elite IV contractors about inspection. Elite IV will be using <br /> a company by the name of BZ Testing. The owner will submit the date of testing to <br /> EHD when it has been confirmed. Inspections will follow the amended SPCC Plan. <br /> 716 The portable contaminated water drum will be equipped with a liquid level <br /> sensing device based on the amended SPCC Plan and will be inspected regularly. <br /> 717 The liquid level sensing devices will now be tested weekly to insure they are <br /> working properly. <br /> 720 The test water from the 55 gallon drum has been placed into a 30 gallon drum <br /> labeled as hazardous waste. A 55 gallon drum is being used as a secondary <br /> containment for the 30 gallon drum. The contents will be removed by a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler.
