Noted the "Local Notification Number" in Appendix G and K of the SPCC Plan are not current. — SPCC Plan shall include Contact list and phone numbers for the facility response coordinator, National Response Center, cleanup contractors with whom you have an agreement for response, and all appropriate Federal, State, and local agencies who must be contacted in case of a discharge. ' Update the SPCC Plan with current local contact numbers. The local notification number, which is the Office of Emergency Services (CES) is 953-6200. Submit a copy of the updated pages to this office by November 21, 2010. Also, as a point of information, State Spill Response Center"and "California Govemor's Office of Emergency Services"so stated in the SPCC Plan, is officially known as the California Emergency Management Agency(Cal-EMA).
