The following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: <br /> 24,31,32, 6' <br /> 24. Noted the "Local Notification Number" in Appendix G and K of the SPCC Plan are not current. <br /> — SPCC Plan shall include Contact list and phone numbers for the facility response coordinator, <br /> National Response Center, cleanup contractors with whom you have an agreement for response, and all <br /> appropriate Federal, State, and local agencies who must be contacted in case of a discharge. <br /> ' Update the SPCC Plan with current local contact numbers. The local notification number, which is <br /> the Office of Emergency Services (CES) is 953-6200. Submit a copy of the updated pages to this office <br /> by November 21, 2010.
