FRONTAGE ROAD, RIPON <br /> REi PROJECT NO. 15030 <br /> Dear Ms. Manzo, <br /> Our fine has recently updated the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure <br /> (SPCC) Plan for the subject site. We have provided copies of the document to be <br /> reviewed, and signed by the owner and operator at the facility. Our firm has been <br /> asked to provide a proposal for a field survey and to prepare a Topographic Map <br /> of the site,which will show the actual locations of all the fuel facilities, existing <br /> buildings, drain inlets, storm drain piping, and other visible utilities, as well as the <br /> oil/water separator and the retention basin. Upon receipt of authorization and <br /> contract for services, and completion of the Topographic Map of the site, we will <br /> be able to provide a much more detailed and accurate Facility Layout Diagram, <br /> which will replace the one that is currently in the SPCC Plan. We were also <br /> provided a copy of your summary of violations dated March 18, 2015. This letter <br /> provides you with a response to those items.
