There was no containment observed <br /> for the diesel fill pipe. Diesel was actively leaking from the diesel fill pipe, and a noticeable staining was <br /> observed around the diesel fill pipe.Violations for these issues are cited within this report. <br /> Note:The SPCC plan incorrectly listed the address as 1002 E Frontage Rd. Gurpreet Johal provided an <br /> updated cover sheet with the correct address of 1022 E Frontage Rd., but the incorrect address is still listed <br /> throughout the plan. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to <br /> existing)Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act(APSA) information online to the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br /> fields.
