One reading per <br /> nozzle neck, reinforcing pad, flange face, and cover(when applicable)was taken. <br /> 5.5 FIXED ROOF INSPECTION <br /> External fixed roof plates were inspected utilizing VT inspection method. <br /> Fixed roof deck plate UT data was collected utilizing random readings. Five (5) readings . <br /> per plate were taken (ref. Table C). There were no readings which exceeded 0.090 inch <br /> or less (ref.
