(24, 28, 48, 50) <br /> 24. A phone number for the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is not included <br /> in the Plan. The EHD is listed in the Plan in conjunction with the San Joaquin County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. These are separate departments requiring separate notification. The State Office <br /> of Emergency Services has been renamed the California Environmental Management Agency (CaIEMA). <br /> The SPCC Plan must include a contact list and phone numbers for the facility response coordinator, <br /> National Response Center, cleanup contractors with whom you have an agreement for response, and all <br /> appropriate federal, state, and local agencies who must be contacted in case of a discharge. Immediately <br /> update the contact list to include the most current version of the required information. <br /> 28. The 500 gallon and 300 gallon diesel tanks for the fire protection system were observed with single <br /> walled piping outside of secondary containment. A facility shall provide appropriate containment and/or <br /> diversionary structures or equipment to prevent a discharge.
