LGloriAnp
Farms
GloriAnn Farms, Inc.
Emergency Evacuation Plan
Kings Crown Facility
Purpose
The purpose of this Emergency Evacuation Plan is to provide employees with a detailed set of
procedures for conducting an evacuation in the event of an emergency situation.
Scope
This plan is for the Kings Crown Facility, located at 11605 W. Clifton Court Road in Stockton, California.
It is not intended to be used for any other company facility.
Emergency Equipment
Emergency equipment available on site includes; First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguishers and Eye Wash Stations.
Conditions Under Which an Evacuation Would Be Necessary
A wide variety of emergencies, both man-made and natural, may require the workplace to be
evacuated. These emergencies include fires, explosions, floods, earthquakes, toxic material releases,
biological accidents, civil disturbances, and workplace violence.
Specific evacuation routes and assembly areas are located on each exterior exit from the facility. If an
evacuation is ordered, you should proceed immediately to the assembly area so that your presence can
be accounted for by the evacuation coordinator. Alternate assembly areas may be used if the primary
assembly is unsafe to occupy for any reason. Management and supervisors have been trained to
facilitate a safe and quick evacuation of the facility, and you should follow their directions to the
assembly area.
PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING A FACILITY EVACUATION, AND SPECIFIC DUTIES ASSIGNED TO
MANAGERS
Many situations may arise that prompt an evacuation. Any supervisor or manager is authorized to
initiate the evacuation process at any time they deem such action necessary. The following procedures
and work assignments are set forth as a template to guide the process, however specific circumstances
may require improvisation. It is important to be prepared for as many situations as possible. Note that
some of these procedures will be conducted simultaneously. ALL EVACUATION STEPS ASSUME THAT
THEY ARE SAFE TO PERFORM.
Call 911 (assigned to Cooling Supervisor via cell phone)
The facility has limited access to phones, however one company cell phone is issued to
be on site at all times. The call to 911 should include the following information:
■ Physical address of 11605 West Clifton Court Road in Stockton with the nearest
cross street of N. Tracy Boulevard
Revised: 08/24/2018
S:\Users\Shaina\Employee & Facility Safety\Tracy HAZMAT\Kings Emergency Evacuation\Kings Crown Facility EAP 082418.docx
