The S1 87 product STP sensor, S2 87 vent fill sensor and 64 91 product STP sensor failed to get a high liquid alarm when tested. The technician on site cleaned out debris from the S1 and S2 sensor and replaced the high liquid float for the S4 sensor "like for like." The continuous monitoring system shall be maintained to detect the entry of the liquid or vapor phase of the hazardous substance stored in the primary containment into the secondary containment and to detect water intrusion into the secondary containment. The sensors were retested during the inspection. All passed. This was corrected on site.
