Notify safety personnel. <br />2. Ventilate area of leak to disperse gas. <br />3. Exclude from area all except specially trained, assigned personnel <br />with approved self-contained breathing equipment and appropriate <br />protective clothing. <br />4. Stop flow of gas. If source of leak is a cylinder and the leak <br />cannot be stopped in place, remove the leaking cylinder to a safe <br />place in the open air, and repair the leak or allow the cylinder to <br />empty through a reducing agent, such as sodium bisulfide and sodium <br />bicarbonate. - <br />WASTE DISPOSAL METHODS: <br />Bubble through a large volume of 15% sodium hydroxide solution or other <br />alkali.
