See 45 FR 172.101, page 34602. <br />SECTION XI - SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS AND COMMENTS <br />PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN HANDLING AND STORING: <br />Store chlorine containers in well -ventilated areas of low fire potential, <br />away from incompatible materials (See Sec. V) and.away from sources of <br />heat and ignition. Protect containers from weather and physical damage; <br />follow standard safety procedures for containers of compressed, corrosive <br />gases. Regularly inspect (and test) piping and containment used for <br />chlorine service. Liquid levels should be less than 85% of tank or <br />cylinder capacity. Provide special training to workers handling <br />chlorine.
