The S4 (91 product line) and S2 (87 vent) high liquid sensors failed when tested. The interstitial <br />space of the UST system shall be maintained, as designed, under constant vacuum or pressure such <br />that a breach in the primary or secondary containment is detected before the hazardous substance is <br />released into the environment. Correct immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified <br />contractor replace the failed components with functional components (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and <br />obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced <br />immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 and 91 octane UST systems may be red tagged by the <br />EHD to prevent fuel inputs. <br />406. The 91 turbine sump annular brine sensor holder detached from the sump wall leaving the brine <br />sensor inoperable. The interstitial space of the UST system shall be maintained, as designed, under <br />constant vacuum or pressure such that a breach in the primary or secondary containment is detected <br />before the hazardous substance is released into the environment. Correct immediately by having a <br />properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace the failed components with functional <br />components (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD. <br />If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 91 octane UST <br />systems may be red tagged by the EHD to prevent fuel inputs. <br />Notes <br />1. Complete the following by May 24, 2013 and send to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department: <br />a. The Return to Compliance Certification form. <br />b. A statement explaining how each violation was corrected. <br />c.
