The UL records - <br />covering this product will be in the UL Follow -Up Services Inspection Procedure File <br />NIH11766(sp), Vol. 1, Sec.2 and NIH11766, Vol. 1, Sec. 2. <br />This authorization is effective for 90 days only from the date of this Notice. Records covering the <br />products are now being prepared and will be sent to you in the near future. <br />Products produced, which bear the UL, and the C -UL Marie shall be identical to those that were <br />evaluated by UL and found to comply with UL's requirements. If changes in construction are <br />discovered, authorization to use the UL, and the C -UL Marie may be withdrawn and products that <br />bear the UL, and the C -UL Marls may have to be revised (in the field or at the manufacturer's <br />facility) to bring them into compliance with UL's requirements. <br />Ve y yo , <br />Dana A.
