Upon <br />review of these items, it has been found that the Under Dispenser Containment (UDC) and tank <br />sumps do not have the proper third -party testing. Tank sumps must be either third -party tested or <br />Professional Engineer approved with the testing data submitted to this office. The UDCs must be <br />third -party tested, certified by either the State Water Resources Control Board or by an <br />independent testing organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, APM, etc ... See Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for <br />complete list) and must be labeled as required by the organization. Please remit test results from <br />James Ray or submit new cut sheets for different dispensers to be used. <br />Please remit the requested information and plan updates to my attention.
