Upon
review of these items, it has been found that the Under Dispenser Containment (UDC) and tank
sumps do not have the proper third -party testing. Tank sumps must be either third -party tested or
Professional Engineer approved with the testing data submitted to this office. The UDCs must be
third -party tested, certified by either the State Water Resources Control Board or by an
independent testing organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, APM, etc ... See Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for
complete list) and must be labeled as required by the organization. Please remit test results from
James Ray or submit new cut sheets for different dispensers to be used.
Please remit the requested information and plan updates to my attention. If you have any further
questions, you may contact me @ (209) 468-0341.
Thank you,
L LL
Lori L'uces REHS
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
