This detail, specific for the diesel tank fill <br />sump, does not indicate any Phase I or Phase II vapor return equipment. The <br />attachment points for these systems at the extractor assembly have been capped. <br />Diesel fuel is exempt from any Phase I and Phase H vapor return requirements. This <br />detail has not been revised. <br />Comment #12 Per California Air Resources Board Executive Orders the Healy System is the only <br />Phase II vapor recovery system allowed for installation.
