(Ground Zero) has been authorized by Mr. Mark <br />Ranuio to destroy the existing monitoring wells (MW1 and MW2) at the subject site. The wells <br />will be destroyed by filling with neat cement grout from bottom to top and subsequently <br />pumping additional grout into each well under pressure. The grout will be applied by V & W <br />Drilling (C57-720904). The well monuments will be removed from each well and the cement <br />plug will be finished at grade level. <br />For your convenience, enclosed are photocopies of the logs for the wells to be abandoned. Also <br />included is a completed well destruction permit application and associated fee.
