It is apparent that the <br />timing of the data collection and regulatory decision making process; may ultimately be the restrictive <br />factor in initiating the proposed development of the property. It is hoped that this letter will abate future <br />environmental liability concerns with regard to the petroleum release' so that this property can become <br />economically viable for our community now. <br />It is also important to note that the property owner has applied for reimbursement from the State of <br />California State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund Program. This program offers tank <br />owners relief from cleanup costs by providing reimbursements up tol,1$995,000 for work completed at these <br />sites. <br />PHS-EHD is committed to promoting economic progress in our c <br />this letter will help to that end.
