It is apparent that the <br />timing of the data collection and regulatory decision making process; may ultimately be the restrictive <br />factor in initiating the proposed development of the property. It is hoped that this letter will abate future <br />environmental liability concerns with regard to the petroleum release' so that this property can become <br />economically viable for our community now. <br />It is also important to note that the property owner has applied for reimbursement from the State of <br />California State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund Program.
