Contamination at these depths would appear to <br />be consistent with product loss from the underground storage <br />tank systems. <br />Although no evidence of gasoline contamination was found within <br />groundwater samples acquired during the course of this investiga- <br />tion, gasoline contamination within soil at levels above those <br />generally acceptable to regulatory agencies likely extends below <br />the depth at which conditions permitted sampling.
