WWI' N%WW
ppm TPH-G, and 8.26 ppm benzene) are known to exist between
11' and 13.51. Contamination at these depths would appear to
be consistent with product loss from the underground storage
tank systems.
Although no evidence of gasoline contamination was found within
groundwater samples acquired during the course of this investiga-
tion, gasoline contamination within soil at levels above those
generally acceptable to regulatory agencies likely extends below
the depth at which conditions permitted sampling. Thus, while
the soils type(s) encountered in the area would tend to restrict
migration of fuel hydrocarbons, data available at present is
not sufficient to permit a definitive determination as to the
potential for adverse impacts upon groundwater.
The majority of field work attendant to the acquisition of data
contained herein was undertaken by Ms. Helen Mawhinney, Senior
. Environmental Specialist and Mr. Walter Floyd, Geologist of
Uriah, Inc. While reasonable efforts have been made to ensure
the accuracy of the information provided herein, Uriah, Inc.
makes no warranty, either express or implied as to its findings,
recommendations, specifications, or professional advice except
that the work was performed pursuant to generally accepted
standards of practice in effect at the time of performance.
Sincerely,
Ms. Helen Mawhinne
Senior Environmental Specialist
Mr. John E.
