1 B. TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br /> 2 ($12,500.00) of the civil penalties assessed in this matter shall be made <br /> 3 payable to TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, in accordance <br /> 4 with the requirements of Business and Professions Code section 17206. <br /> 5 b. Reimbursement of Costs of Investigation and Enforcement: SEVEN <br /> 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($7,000.00). These costs shall be allocated as follows: <br /> 7 i. Settling Defendant shall pay the total amount of SEVEN THOUSAND <br /> 8 DOLLARS ($7,000.00) in settlement of Plaintiff's claim for attorneys fees, costs <br /> 9 of investigation, and other costs of enforcement incurred in this matter. The <br /> 10 payment shall be due and payable to the below-mentioned agencies, and shall be <br /> 11 delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 12 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, within twenty(20) days of the entry of the <br /> 13 Consent Judgment. <br /> 14 A. TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00)payable to the Office <br /> 15 of the Attorney General for the purposes of partial cost of investigation <br /> 16 and suit. <br /> 17 B. FOUR THOUSAND FIVE DOLLARS ($4,500.00)payable to the <br /> 18 Office of the District Attorney for the purposes of partial cost of <br /> 19 investigation and suit. <br /> 20 C. FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) payable to the San <br /> 21 Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services for the purposes of partial <br /> 22 cost of investigation. <br /> 23 C. Environmental Training Programs: TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND <br /> 24 DOLLARS ($25,000.00). Settling Defendant shall fund Environmental Training <br /> 25 Programs in the amount of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), as <br /> 26 special projects commonly known as Supplemental Environmental Projects as described <br /> 27 below. The payment shall be due and payable to the below-mentioned agencies, and <br /> 28 shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 5 <br /> CONSENT JUDGMENT,ORDER FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND CIVIL PENALTIES <br />
