("Unified Grocers") located at 1990 Piccoli <br /> Road in Stockton (the "site"). A copy of the inspection report is included in Attachment 1 for reference <br /> purposes. <br /> Item 8 directs Unified Grocers to amend the Spill Prevention, Countermeasure, and Control (SPCC) plan <br /> within 6 months of applicable changes to the facility. Unified Grocers is working diligently with JECSI to <br /> update the SPCC plan and is expected to be completed and certified by a Professional Engineer(PE) by <br /> 31 January 2011. The updated SPCC plan will include information about containers and devices that are <br /> currently present at the site and subject to SPCC requirements. <br /> Item 10 directs Unified Grocers to review and evaluate the SPCC plan once every 5 years. <br /> Documentation of the review and evaluation will be included in the SPCC plan. The updated SPCC plan <br /> is expected to be completed and certified by a PE by 31 January 2011. <br /> Item 11 directs Unified Grocers to have a PE certify technical amendments in the SPCC plan. The <br /> updated SPCC plan will include technical amendments and will be certified by a California Registered <br /> Professional Engineer. The updated plan is expected to be completed and certified by a PE by 31 <br /> January 2011. <br /> Item 18 directs Unified Grocers to ensure that the facility plan included in the SPCC identifies locations <br /> and contents of each petroleum container and connecting pipes. The updated SPCC plan will include the <br /> locations and contents of each petroleum container and connecting pipes subject to SPCC requirements. <br /> The updated plan is expected to be completed and certified by a PE by 31 January 2011. <br /> Item 19 directs Unified Grocers to include description of products types and storage capacity of each <br /> container subject to SPCC requirements.
