The <br /> updated SPCC plan will contain the updated inventory. <br /> Item 23 directs Unified Grocers to address disposal methods for recovered materials. The updated SPCC <br /> plan will include methods of disposal for waste materials generated during the clean-up and response to <br /> spills of materials subject to SPCC requirements. <br /> Item 31 directs Unified Grocers to conduct aboveground storage tank inspections and tests. The <br /> updated SPCC plan will include enhanced inspection and testing requirements. Once the updated plan is <br /> finalized the facility will pursue the inspections and testing as required by the updated SPCC plan. <br /> Records of such inspections and testing will be maintained on-site in accordance with the requirements <br /> established in the updated SPCC plan. <br /> Item 32 directs Unified Grocers to train personnel on discharge prevention, schedule annual briefings, <br /> and designate a person to be accountable for discharge prevention. The updated SPCC plan will include <br /> enhanced training requirements. Once the updated plan is finalized the facility will pursue the training <br /> as required by the updated SPCC plan. Records of such training will be maintained on-site in accordance <br /> with the requirements established in the updated SPCC plan. <br /> Item 33 directs Unified Grocers to describe how oil handling, processing and storage areas are secured <br /> and controlled.
