We have conducted an evaluation of the petroleum and qualifying products, in eligible quantities, and determined that this facility should be managed as a self-certifying facility. The Tier I Qualified Facility SPCC Plan Template as provided by Federal EPA is enclosed with this response. Statement Documenting Corrective Actions per Inspection Report Original violation numbers are noted in parenthesis. Item 201 - Plan certification by a Professional Engineer(PE) missing or incomplete. • We conducted an evaluation of the petroleum and qualifying products, in eligible quantities, and determined that this facility should be managed as a self-certifying facility, as such Plan certification by a Professional Engineer(PE) is not necessary. Item 301 - Failed to amend Plan as necessary. • The 360 gallon used oil tank has been added to the SPCC as required. Item 601 — Plan that does not follow the sequence specified in this section lacks a cross-referencing section. ■ Tier 1 SPCC plans do not require a cross-referencing section. Item 602— Plan lacks approval of management to fully commit the necessary resources to implement the Plan. • The SPCC Plan has been reviewed and approved by the General Manager of the site, Glenn King.
