Hazelton Ave. — Stockton, CA 95205 <br />RE: Response — Above Ground Petroleum Storage Act Inspection Report <br />Elena <br />The contents of this report contain the corrective action for NuCal Foods, Inc., per the findings <br />during your recent audit. <br /># 201— Condor Earth Technologies is currently preparing an updated SPCC Plan. Attached you <br />find the signed agreement between NuCal Foods, Inc. and Condor. Updated SPCC Plan to be <br />completed by May 1, 2016 and implemented immediately. <br /># 301 — Updated SPCC Plan will include current persons of responsibility. <br /># 303 — Included in updated SPCC Plan. <br /># 604 — Will be updated in SPCC Plan. <br /># 613 — Proper facility inspections and forms will be completed monthly. Per inspection form <br />that is included in the updated SPCC Plan. Monthly audit will be completed by shop employees <br />and reviewed by Randy Joaquin. Reports will be filed and maintained for the three year <br />requirement. <br /># 614 - NuCal Foods, Inc. is committed to providing safe and environmental friendly workplace <br />for its employees and the general public. Included in the service provided by Condor Earth <br />Technology will be on-site SPCC training on oil handling in the operation and equipment to <br />prevent discharges, pollution control laws, rules regulations and general facility operations, as <br />well as the contents of the Facility SPCC Plan. <br /># 719 — Oil in containment and small leak from hose reel has been cleaned/repaired. Absorbent <br />pads place in containment to capture and residue that may remain.
