It was also noted on the report to ensure that our designated operator is including all of the required <br />information on the reports. While we are not finding that any of the required information is <br />missing we have still reviewed with our designated operator that they must be documenting all <br />alarms in the monthly designated operator reports. <br />Item 445 liquid was found in the diesel turbine sump. Upon receipt of this report we contacted our <br />designated operator Service Station Systems to dispatch Abel Maintenance to remove the liquid <br />and prevent any water intrusion into the system. This work will be performed on Monday 8-15-11. <br />As soon as the work is completed we will submit a copy of the invoice along with a description of <br />the work performed including any needed repairs. <br />Item #46 S3 87 vent line float sensor failed when tested. Upon receipt of this report we contacted <br />our designated operator Service Station Systems to dispatch Abel Maintenance obtain proper <br />permits and repair. Applications for permits were submitted to San Joaquin County EHD on July <br />18, 2011. This work will be performed on 8-15-11. As soon as the work is completed we will <br />submit a copy of the invoice. <br />Item #52 Emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information. We have completed <br />the attached Hazardous Waste Emergency Information and post by the phone as instructed. <br />Item #60, 61 & 62 Manifest number 003308907JJK (dated 12-30-2008) was found without a <br />signed off copy from the destination facility. Attached is a signed off copy from the destination <br />facility, which has been placed in the file with the manifest. Additionally, procedures on handling <br />hazardous waste manifest have been reviewed with the Aisle 1 Manager. <br />I have also attached the signed return to compliance certification <br />Thank you for working with us on resolving these items.
