The first document I would refer you to is our UL listing. It includes DBF II as a listed item. The polyglass fittings are manufactured using this material plus fiberglass strand. In addition to the UL listing we sought and received "3rd party approval" from Ken Wilcox and Associates. Additionally, on March 14, 2003 we retained RH Lee to review our chemicals and the DBF (now DBF II). That 3rd party approval is also attached. Ken Wilcox and Associates was retained to review these products for meeting industry standards and to prepare the documentation for submission to regulatory agencies to comply with 3rd party approval standards. Ken Wilcox and Associates reviewed our Magnetic Lids, Fiberglass Penetration Fittings and Repair Fittings and our Polyglass Penetration Fittings and Repair Fittings. Supplied herein are the attachments dealing with the PG -2.0, PG -3.5, PG -5.0 and PG -8.0 fittings. These fittings are now used for both new construction (Attachment V & VI) and repair applications (Attachment VII) and the chemicals associated with the installation of the fittings (Attachment VIII). The new product numbers are PGU-2.0, PGU-3.5, PGU-5.0 and PGU-8.0 which are used for both new construction and repair applications which were used in your submissions. The document provided for review and approval was extensive and orientated for submission to the State of Florida at that time. The review process however is generic for 3" party approvals.
