The permit has been approved with the <br />following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that <br />a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to <br />performing the "cold start" of the Gilbarco system and made available at the time of <br />EHD inspection. <br />b. Verification of piping slope <br />c. Witness soil and/or water sampling <br />d. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br />e. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br />there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br />method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br />f. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the diesel STP sump and UDC 1/2 and <br />3/4 sumps. <br />g. Secondary containment testing on the existing piping lines (satellite runs). <br />h. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the UDCs <br />
