Installation of four shallow groundwater monitoring wells. <br /> 2. Collection of soil samples to be analyzed for TPHd and TPHg(EPA Method 8015m),TRPH(EPA Method 418.1), <br /> BTEX(EPA Method 8020),VOCs (EPA Method 8260)and total lead(EPA Method 6010). <br /> 3. After development,water samples will be collected from the new wells and analyzed for the same constituents as the <br /> soil samples. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. PHS/EHD recommends that,if the former tank pit was backfilled with pea-gravel,the well proposed near boring <br /> SB-1 be moved to just outside of that area. <br /> 2. Submit a well permit application and required$89.00 permit fee to PHS/EHD. <br /> 3. Forty-eight hours notice to PHS/EHD is required prior to initiating fieldwork <br /> 4.
